JBD(Enviroworld) has over 120 000 square feet of manufacturing facility with a fully automated production line and automated casting machine that produces over 300 sheets of solid surface a day . the current capacity at which JBD(Enviroworld) produces is over 500 sheets of solid surface a day . JBD(Enviroworld) also has over 70 fabricators in the facility to customize each and every countertop. The co***ny produces sheets with batch codes to color match easier and even have custom colors that cater to customer¡¯s needs .
